 just wanted to say that i really enjoyed your website! I also have been on the depo shot for 2 years now. I have recently stopped taking the shot me and my husband have decided that it is time to expand our family so we are trying to get pregnant. I live with spina bifida I've lived with this defect going on 28 years. The doctor has told me that i have a 5-10% chance on having a baby with the same condition but not likely with the proper doctor care. we have a long road ahead of us but we are hanging in there. any advice?
